Description
I had been struggling with panic attacks this summer. I felt one creeping up while we were traveling to South Dakota. I spotted a craft store off of an exit on the interstate hwy, so I yelled at my partner to make a detour. I bought a bunch of beads and stretchy string and made flower bracelets to keep my mind occupied the entire roadtrip and back.
Friendly travelers volunteered to take our photos at scenic lookouts and I felt like saying “thank you” didn’t show my gratitude enough (photos are VERY important to me). So I thought it might be fun to give a flower bracelet to everyone who was kind that crossed our path. And I think that is something cool YOU could do too. Collect a bunch of these flower bracelets and hand them out to special people you encounter during your day. Sow seeds of happiness and watch your friendship garden grow!
